Step 2: To find the screenshot, open the Gallery or Photos app on your phone. Step 1: Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes and you hear a click. If you have a Galaxy S21, Galaxy S20, or Galaxy Note20, which don’t have a physical Home button, then the key combination is a little different: Step 1: Swipe down from the top to open the Notifications Shade and tap the Cog icon. Note that if the swiping feature becomes a nuisance, you can come back here to toggle it off. Enable Palm Swipeįirst, check to see if your phone even supports this feature - the Galaxy A10e does not, for example - and if it’s toggled on. This method does not apply to all Samsung phones, but should be available on flagship models like the Galaxy S21 Ultra. You can take a screenshot by swiping the side of your hand across the screen in either direction.
